Day 9: Fallas!!

With rain forecast for the whole province of Valencia, it wasn't looking good. Windy and rainy as the day started it dampened the mood, and the crowds. Suddenly you could walk through the streets and not get jostled.

As the day wore on, the dribble of rain seemed to peter out, and the wind played hide and seek.

We went to el mercado redondo looking for souvenirs and met two lovely ladies. The one on the right is particularly fetching.
